[Cs_announce] Soldering Workshop

IEEE Student Branch at CSUB is going to have its annual soldering 
workshop!  In this workshop, we will teach students how to use a 
solldering iron, and how to solder a basic circuit together.  Our goal is 
to teach the basic and essential skills that aren't taught in our 
engineering classes.  We hope to see you there.
