The Society of Women Engineers club on campus is hosting an engineering career
day and project display event on April 2nd from 11:00am to 3:00pm in the Student
Union Multipurpose Room. Any students interested in reserving a table for the
event should follow the instructions below and send their reservation email to
csub.swe.club at gmail.com. There's also a flyer for the event which is attached.

Dr. Cabrlaes and Society of Women Engineers are hosting an on campus event for
Engineering students. We are welcoming over 15 companies so far to attend.; some
are looking to only hire/recruit CE majors. Would you mind sharing with your
students and contacting any other companies you feel may be interested in
attending? I will copy the email I have sent to the companies. We are looking
forward to this event and would appreciate any feedback or advice from you as
well.


We are also setting up a room adjacent to the employers room where juniors or
seniors will have current projects and/or research on display. If you know of
any students who may be interested please inform them and send them attached
file.

If you know any who are definitely planning to reserve a table,  I need the
following:

1. Name(s) of the student(s)
2. Project/research title
3. Brief, one sentence, description
4. Major(s)/related industry


I am assuming the ones interested will be given suggestions from their
professor(s)/department on setting up their displays. They will be given a 6ft
table.
