[Cs_announce] CompSci web pages

This is just to alert everyone that the "live" webserver for 
www.cs.csubak.edu is now sleipnir.  Helios may still be accessed as 
helios.cs.csubak.edu or as www2.cs.csubak.edu.

If you wish to make changes to your web pages, be sure to make them on 
sleipnir.  Also, be aware that no files were moved from helios to 
sleipnir, so if you want the page to be the same, it's up to you to move 
the files.
