[Cs_announce] message to computer science majors (fwd)

To All Computer Science Majors:

The budget is currently very bad and cuts are already being
planned for Winter 2008 and Spring 2008. This means that
400-level electives will low enrollment may be cancelled.
Normally we have tried to offer 4-5 400-level electives each
year but that may not be possible this year. Currently, this
Fall, Computer Science 450 is under-enrolled with only 2 students.
If you need a 400-level elective this year and one is available
now you should take it; if you wait for Winter or Spring it
may not be there.
